The beginning of the beginning?

Hello to all who are (eventually) reading this!
This purpose of this blog will be for me to relate my experiences, past, present,and future, be it normally or otherworldly. I'm not too good with keeping schedules or chronology, so I will keep the structure of this blog free form so as to encourage future input..

So, on to what I have to contribute today.
This past weekend I had an experience. Some time in the afternoon I had some tea, and let's just say the tea was flavored with special vegetables, vegetables that you would adorn your salad or burger with. This enhanced the particular blend of tea and did wonders for my state of mind.
Some of the things I noticed after a bit were altered states of the physical world. Things were moving like they were under water, and pulsating like flower petals. The real amazing stuff would happen after I would close my eyes. I would start to see patterns of air moving in unison with the music I was listening too, swirls and tails of weird colors and such. But something that was out of the normal mode of visions for me was what I saw next. All of a sudden I found myself effortlessly floating in a reclined position in a large space, and seconds later I was being covered with wings by what seemed to be hawks or possibly eagles. They were gently flapping and placing their wings all over my body. There were literally wings lining every inch of my silhouette, and I felt very peaceful and relaxed. It almost seemed like they were forming a headdress and I could vaguely see off to my left and above me what I made out as three or four Native American Indians standing by watching me, almost as if they were approving of my presence. I can't make out what the whole gathering meant but it seemed very important. And as quick as it started, it was over. I think I pulled myself out too soon, there could have been a chance to learn something more from it, but I'll have to try again next time. Hopefully they will show themselves again.
There were several other key moments throughout the rest of the day but I don't have time right now, I need some sleep. I will try to continue tomorrow..
Feel free to comment and leave your opinions on what you think my vision could mean. I've already been told that it could be a calling to become a shaman. If you have any info on this I'd like to know more.
